Pupil Premium

 

The Pupil Premium is allocated to children from low-income families who are currently known to be eligible for FSM (Free School Meals) in both mainstream and non-mainstream settings and children who have been looked after continuously for more than six months.

Schools are required to publish a summary of how their Pupil Premium money has been spent and what impact this has made in supporting students. (Click links below)

At Crownfield this additional funding is used in the following ways;

 

  • Funding for a part time teacher
  • One to one tuition
  • After school tuition
  • Additional reading support
  • After school Clubs
  • Breakfast Club
  • Extra-curricular activities
  • Parental Workshops
  • LSA (Learning Support Assistant) provision
  • Educational visits and trips
  • Purchase of equipment/ schoolwear

 

Further spending will be allocated where necessary throughout the year.
